Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Tournamaker account and all associated data, you may submit a deletion request at any time.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data associated with your account will be permanently and immediately removed upon deletion.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email from the address associated with your Tournamaker account to:

support@tzastech.com

Use the subject line: Tournamaker Account Deletion Request

Once your identity is verified, your account and associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data cannot be deleted immediately for legal, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping reasons. Tournamaker may retain:
