Project Onboarding & Audit Fee

If your project wasn't originally built by us, a one-time onboarding fee is required before your support plan begins. This covers reviewing the codebase, getting access set up, assessing any pre-existing issues, and confirming we can support it.

If we determine the project isn't supportable after the audit, a prorated refund is issued.
